The point is nobody has ever absorbed bijuu dama in NV. So a bijuu dama enhanced rasen shuriken cant be absorbed by anyone. Its energy is enormous.
As far as normal frs is concerned, Didnt you see edo madara absorbing single frs took him many seconds and it was so much energy that he barely made it. Being edo is also a plus factor in it. otherwise he wouldnt be able to absorb frs in a living body. Didnt you remember that the pain which absorbed naruto's frs was also not a living person.
So, a living person cant absorbed it. Its a fact. Naruto who uses it in base form also had a hard time so just imagine what would happen to the one who tries to block/absorb it with his hands.
