Im saying sharingan CAN pre cog clones because its a human body it can't pre cog chakra that is unpredictable and movements can't be read it doesn't matter if naruto wanted the chakra to do that or not sasuke's eyes don't differentiate who makes it move to predict it

It can read chakra. The reason it couldn't read Naruto's chakra arm's in VOTE 1 was because Naruto was fighting but Kurama's chakra was acting on it's own will. If it was just Naruto doing it it wouldn't have been a problem.
