TSUCHIKAGE: Deidara
(Unstable & short run but strongest in the Stone)

HOKAGE: Sarada or Might Guy
(Queen is the first Uchiha Hokage & combines Naruto & Sasuke's dreams as well as makes a statement about the Uchiha's history in Konoha) Guy became temporary Hokage once in Naruto SD & whilst it was hilarious it was bad for the village

RAIKAGE: Darui
(Self-made War hero. A revolutionary change in the Raikage system as he doesn't share the same 'A' name. Elected for his war stories & feats alone)

MIZUKAGE: Zabuza Momochi
(Gives up his revolutionary movement and fixes Hidden Mist from the inside by force like Mei. Tries to enforce the 5 Nations on #NinjaRights and convince them to all kill the Daimyo)

KAZEKAGE:Lady Chiyo
(All round, the only cool known Sand ninja. )

Hokage: this one's tough, Minato, Tobirama, Itachi and a host of other people including Ebisu-sama will make amusing Hokage, especially Orochimaru (if he somehow got into it)

Kazekage: the only other person I know, is Pakura of the scorch style, I think she'd have made a fine Kage, but that's just cos of anime bias.

Raikage: the first raikage looked dope in Hashirama's flashback.

Mizukage: troll Kage takes this, though that's cos the only other known people are the seven swordsmen and Mei.
