So hes been confined to dojutsu and kenjutsu/taijutsu.

You saw how much of crutch it was for oro not being able to use his arms for ninjutsu.

If Sasuke ever got his eyes damaged what would he do? He cant use ninjutsu anymore.

Its best to swallow his pride and get a new arm, the past is the past.

If momoshiki wouldve killed naruto, sasuke wouldve been screwed cause his dojutsu was failing him.
