It obviously makes him stronger, but that doesn't strip him of a Base. Like I said Base is, by definition, his weakest possible form. As long as there is a weakest possible form, Naruto will have a Base, and there will always be a weakest possible form.

First off, Hagaromo said he only has enough chakra for the bijuu to meet within him. He cant use their chakra for techniques anymore.

The little bit of bijuu chakra that Naruto got will forever be an involuntary bit of power that he cannot control. Thus, it permanently raises his base form. He can't just choose to go lower and the minimum bar has been set.

The same rules apply in DBZ. Goku and Vegeta constantly try to raise their base power (yes, they even call it that) through training. It will forever raise their base form's ability.

I know that the word "base" technically means the very lowest point, but in manga it is treated differently. In manga it means the simplest form a character can have. In this case, Naruto cannot remove the bijuu chakra, which in turn raises his base power level.

You can tell when a character powers themselves above base when they take a new form and get access to specific set of elevated abilities that they could not perform outside of that form; Like Sasuke activating his Sharingan, or Naruto using SM. Naruto can't even use the bijuu abilities in his base form. He has to power up to RSM.

Not...really. I don't know where you got me wanking Naruto from this whole thing. I will repeat my point one more time, even though the fact that you refuse to comprehend it is really starting to annoy me.

A Base is a character's weakest possible form.

Does Naruto have Bijuu chakra on him in his Base form? Lets say yes. It is still a base because Naruto cannot get any weaker than that. Since its always on him, Bijuu Chakra cannot be removed, and thus that becomes his weakest possible form. His Base Form.

Sasuke with his Dojutsu is not a base. Why? Because he can be weaker. A Base is his weakest form, so Sasuke without Dojutsu is his weakest form. Sasuke without Dojutsu is thus his Base because there is no form weaker than that.

Saying its their Base does not mean they're weak or undermine their strength in any way. Its just....a fact.

Exactly. And your base form can always be improved on and strengthened. Just because the base gets stronger doesn't mean it's suddenly a new form.

But now with bijuu chakra in him there will never be "just Naruto". It's literally impossible for him to change that. That why his base form is forever increased.
