personally, i still think GT is canon if its properly retconned by adding god ki into the mix.
heres the thing no one ever seems to mention. If GT was out right erased as many ppl claim it to be now that Super exist, then why did they specifically choose Super to occur in the time after Buu and before GT??
i just don't understand that. They could've just completely erased GT and used any timeline they wanted, but they chose to use this very specific narrow window of time to tell Super's story.
its as if they wanna honor GT's existence by not allowing Super to take place during the same time.
I think Toriyama made it take place in that certain time so he could use all of his characters. I think i read an interview with him where he said that bulma and krillen were to old to start up at the end of DBZ

It's a major plot hole that they don't go Super Saiyan blue in GT though, seems pretty uncanon
