2 - No sign of Naruto at all
3 - Kawaki says he's sending Boruto to the same place as the 7th
4 - Kawaki says that the shinobi age is over
5 - Boruto is the new protagonist, meaning the old protagonist needs to be removed from the series

The logical fallacy is not discarding the idea of Naruto's death, but accepting it. Of course there is a possibility that he is dead, but there are other (overused as you pointed out) explanations as well. Jumping the gun aint right

I could ask you the same thing, because I don't see why did you quote me in the same context with that post of yours when I wasn't even talking to you and neither was I arguing with that point you made about it being nothing new.

And yes, I agree with you on this part, obviously. After all, everything about this manga and the shonen genre in general is based on cliches we saw thousand times before. But that is precisely why I doubt that we should expect anything revolutionary in these series, which makes Naruto's death highly unlikely from my point of view.

I'll believe it when I actually see Naruto dead. I don't believe that he is dead and quite frankly, I don't want him to be dead. Perhaps he is trapped somewhere. It doesn't explicitly say he was killed; it just says Boruto will be joining Naruto. This could be for shock value. Do not assume Naruto was killed off, guys. He could have been thought to have been killed for all we know but is still alive.

(Also why does no one talk about how Boruto seems to have Sasuke's sword and gear? What if Sasuke is in trouble too?)
