You can't really scale ameno on a strength scale since it does no damage and has zero D.C. Is it useful? yeah it can be, but compared to some other occular abilities like Kamui or Almighty push, its meh.

Ameno is basically FTG, but without the tags, limited range, and cool down. "meh"

Dude Sasuke already used Ameno+Chidori on Naruto. It didnt work. Not saying it never will. Just saying you fappin it so much when it failed so many times. This ONE tech does not make him stronger than Naruto.
