Except Holy is kind of right. It was stated that Senju/Uzumaki have greater physical endurance and a larger chakra pool but the Uchiha's chakra is more refined and potent.

As to whether that makes Sasuke/Naruto's chakra stronger than Kaguya's....that's a matter for debate...which is going on here I guess.

Maybe during the times of the manga that could be considered correct but now it isn't. Saying that sasuke's chakra is stronger than naruto's because uchiha are supposed to have potent chakra than uzumaki/senju doesn't fit anymore. If that logic still existed then there's possibly no way that sasuke's physical ability could be far greater than that of base naruto,yet it is.

Thats not necessarily true since life force and stamina are also linked to chakra and Asuras have stronger life energy & stamina. Half of chakra is yin other is yang. So you can say their chakra is distributed in different ways but not one is greater than the other fully.

Chakra quality does not directly determine physical strength. You say having his Rinnegan active gives him stronger strength (?) but even then Naruto was able to match his strength without any additional mode being used. This then must mean using Six Paths Sage Mode allows him to surpass Sasuke, which carries onto the principle. I don't quite understand what you're trying to conclude.
