It's obvious Kishi was inspired by Medusa. It was told that her abilities are Poison Blood on her right side (that she can boil and hot enough to create a mist of melt the ground. when inhale the victim desecrates slowly turning into stone. Healing powers of the white snake on her left side.She also has all of Orochimaru Techniques, before he left the leaf village, As well as fire release and Earth release, in this form her paralysis jutsu evolved to the point where a gaze can turn a Vitim to stone in genjutsu of-course. She can also extend her jaw to swallow people whole

Orochimaru abandoned her because although her form was perfect , it was flawed because it was only half immortal,

But she is none the less flawed

pretty sure curse marks sync to your behavior, when juugo merged with sasukes susanoo it was the heaven curse mark instead on juugos form, kabuto didnt have juugos form either.
