I don't understand you guys.. Because of your hate towards 123fire, every thread he starts is bs. That interview said clearly that Hayate asked Kishimoto some ideas for Kaguya/Hagoromo/AshuraIndra arc, so it's not full-filler.. and about next week's episode, looks like filler to be honest, but it's Kishimoto's work, so we should take it as canon.

The actual manga....this side story While somewhat connected to the canonical story is still outside of the manga... Outside..... Outside.... Manga means kishi , so kishi means manga . Kishi involved=canon
