As a true Naruto fan whom actually comprehend the manga, I feel as though I'm obligated to clarify his power(RSM).

Rikudou Senjutsu = Juubi Chakra!

The databook specifically list two users of Six Paths Sage Mode(Rikudou Senin Modo). Those users are Naruto Uzumaki and Ashura Otsutsuki.

Before I explain further, you need to understand exactly what Rikudou Sage Mode is.

Yes! RSM requires the power of the bijuu, thats why Naruto's eyes resemble Kurama Sage Mode but without pigmentation clarifying Six Paths Power(RSM).

People often mistake RSM with juubi chakra default Rikudou Senjutsu, thats where the confusion begin. Juubi jins naturally channel the power of all nine bijuu, thus the automatic gain of Six Paths Senjutsu upon becoming juubi jin. Kaguya, Hagoromo, Madara and Obito fall under this catagory.

Naruto is not the actual jinchuriki of all nine bijuu, only Kurama. So Naruto's default RSM is kurama chakra alone, notice Kurama Bijuu Sage Mode eyes without orange markings clarifying six paths sage mode.

In order to access the full power of Rikudou Senjutsu/Juubi Chakra, Naruto must call upon the other bijuu and channel their power. Since Naruto is physically only host to Kurama, notice how he ask the other bijuu to lend/channel power whilst in RSM.

As you can see Naruto alone cannot access this power, he needs the cooperation of the other bijuu. Unlike juubi jins whom constantly channel juubi chakra, Naruto must rely on the other bijuu for his Rikudou Senjutsu/Juubi Chakra form.

It's impossible for Naruto to "lose" RSM, however for the juubi chakra form he needs to channel all the bijuu chakras resulting in Rikudou Senjutsu. That was hagoromo's gift, the ability to call upon and use the bijuu.

Naruto is only host to Kurama, so when he enters RSM he channels only Kurama's power.

However If Naruto were to call upon the other bijuu he could utilize the juubi chakra which results in this form(Rikudou Senjutsu).

Enjoy, hope this helps.

Explane to me than how Hagoromo has this form without the Bijuu:

It's his power he got from the Juubi, just like naruto got the cloak from Kurama before his cooperation. You probably still don't care only looking for tidbits just to put down naruto. Well he's above your favourite that's for sure.

I might as well post this again:

This is an interesting thread with a lot of well constructed arguments, and it's definitely a subject I think about often. Obviously, the answer to this question is highly subjective, and I don't believe there is a single right answer. I like reading everyone's opinion on the matter, though, and I hope this discussion goes on.
