Obito was only good at using Kamui which isn't a big deal since eveery MS user mastered the use of their MS abiltities, he never had the intelligence to use Sharingan on Itachi and Sasuke's level, he was more like Naruto always spamming his strongest techs

Obito controlled a perfect jin he was great with 3tomoe. He had it mastered. He may not be as Smart as Itachi but he sure was smarter than Hebi Sasuke.

I was thinking MS only. Sasukes lack of skill is only because of his lack of experience with it too. Thats really the only reason I ranked it that way. Obito had MS a lot longer than Sasuke

It doesn't matter what his goal was. Madara did it of his own will after reading the altered tablet. Black Zetsu did not contact Madara until he got the Rinnegan. This was explicitly stated in the manga.

Enton never stopped Obito. Obito has a will rivalling Naruto we saw him on the verge of countless deaths still forging on through will power. If Sasuke could go on like that Obito certainly can especially since he is a grown man. Senju cells just reduce his blindness.

He can fight a fight without pain and going blind. Itachi was sickly, but healthy he slaughtered the clan just fine no side effects.
