But not in the way Lee does, Sakura is a powerful ninja in her own right. She is the new goddess of chakra, with her uncanny pefect chakra controlling ability.
And her willpower is far stronger than Lee's, not that she would need to will them open. This is the girl who can create another chakra point on her system, and seal it off.
With that being said, she should be able to activate the gate without the adverse effects, giving her a massive burt of chakra, and should have had a limited form of Byakugou in the state, kinda what Tsunade had in the Sannin fight, I think it wouldve been a good build up. One of these days me and Kishi might work on a surprise chapter showing you this skin she has.

She would activate the gates, and use the chakra as if she was in byakugou mode

But Byakugou + Gates would be redundant, they are basically the same thing, It would just be chakra on chakra, thought regeneration 2 the gates would negate drawbacks.

Then she toys with Sasuke and finally when she's had her fun she takes all of Sasuke's chakra and Sasuke dies of chakra exhaustion in front of Sakura who is still trying to regenerate inside the lava and then the world ends.
