Who thought Pain Arc the Last arc?

Who here thought the Pain arc was the last arc .

After Kakashi dying Shizune dying Fukasaku dying and The destruction of konoha , Naruto fighting the leader of the akatsuki .

All these things feel like Pain arc is the last arc in naruto it was like the final climax .

I thought it was the last arc when i watched it , what about you?

It felt like the last arc and I wish it was. If only the Kage Summit arc was right before Pain arc...Tsunade got all better and protecting the village.

How would that arc be the last when you still have Sasuke on the Akatsuki's side as well as members like Tobi, Zetsu, and Kisame that still needed to be finished off.

Pain Arc definitely didn't feel like the Last Arc at all because for that mainly Team 7 had to be together again.

I didn't and I'm glad it wasn't because I liked the war arc.

This. It was a very good arc, though a lot of things happened in the war arc that for me made Naruto more enjoyable.

I knew it wasn't the last arc, but I alws wished it was. The pain arc was virtually flawless and reached a high point that every arc since has struggled to achieve.

I though naruto would control kyuubi by then and Sasuke will return for team 7 to defeat the remaining akatsuki.

The arc was alright. It would of been a lot better without the whole Child of Prophecy garbage.

I take it you say that because of Pein's epic development. Pein is without a doubt one of the greatest villains in manga/anime even if not the greatest overall. Kishi really did a good job creating such a deep and powerful character.

They could of started a part 3 after this. Naruto being the hokage and has rebuilt the village vs Sasuke the leader of the new Akatsuki

I dont see anything wrong with destiny. I just hate how they made them reincarnates of an ancient feud. I actually liked the Toad Sages prophesy about a child fighting a young boy with powerful eyes. That was epic. The Trabsmigration was lame.
