Ok so here's the deal. I have a huge mosquito problem. I barely slept last night and had like 30 bites in 2 hours, no joke. These *****es are fast, small (nearly invisible) and don't make a sound at all. To top it off they seem to have mutated to the point where nothing can ****ing hurt them. I took 2 of those electronic devices (the stuff that drives them away forgot the name) and put them right next to myself and guess what? 30 bites mother****er!

Maybe the devices are shit or maybe these ****ers are some kind of superpowered ninjas but damn they hurt me. So, before they eat me alive can anyone suggest a solution to my mosquito problem?
Buy a mosquito net. I use to have one when i lived in Trinidad and it worked great.

You just turn on the fan. As long as the fan is blowing wind at you mosquitoes won't come there.
That is the easiest and most effective way I know.

1. Use a mosquito net. Prentend that you are camping and put the net in front of you if you want to stop getting bit.

2. Use insect repellents. It worked out for me when I went to the Everglades. Mosquito thrive there.

3. Insects become resistant to pesticide over time so you are going to have to find new methods.

4. Call the CDC as a last resort.

Only the boys make noise, but only the girls keep biting... If you hear buzzing there's probably both in your room. If you don't hear anything the girls are probably waiting for you to fall asleep

Tx4advice. I'm in a main city and there's defo no lakes in my neighborhood. Lol

The city is hot as hell tho. It hits 40° C like its nothing. Those suckers actually come looking for somewhere to cool down. Xd

Must be your taxes. :sdo:

Here it gets to 45° C daily. Though no mosquitos yet.

But yeah get some repellent or this. It works like a charm.

I actually have that but its not good to have indoors tho. :)
I still use them, when Mosquitos are present indoors. Though maybe it's best not to use them if you have a smoke alarm near by. XD

Still I highly doubt they'll be triggered, so try lighting one up and put it somewhere close to where you sleep (preferably on the floor).

These are smart. They stay hidden until I laydown and if I do as much as move my head they fly away. -.-"

Anyway its decided. Im buying a big repellant and putting on the nets. Not gonna **** with me no more.

It's not only a matter of temperature, you very probably live in a drier place than ours so mosquitoes are less. In the west and east coast of my island temperature is roughly the same, but in the west coast you have tons of mosquitoes in summer and in the east coast they're far less :)

When you use it, make sure you lock every door and window in your home, and that nobody steps into house for about a hour. Then go home and wide open everything

You said that you're being bit by mosquitos but they don't make any noise. You're being bit by something else as female mosquitos make a distinct buzz sound and male mosquitos don't bite at all. I'd say you should go to your doctors or stop trolling.
