How is Naruto's shushin faster? Adult Sasuke displayed great feats of the body flicker technique in his battle against Kinishiki. If anything they are equal as adults. RSM Naruto's footspeed was faster than Sasuke's though, but that was when they were teens.

Sound isn't that fast TBH. Even Itachi was able to react to Kirin and Kirin is 4 times faster than sound.

The only character capable of naturally moving faster than Sound was Might Gai in 8 Gates form.

So if Sasuke can move faster than sound with Natural Speed is debatable.

But with Teleportation he can move faster than sound, because Teleportation is the fastest speed achievable.

He can't teleport inside of a building... but if there's an explosion outside, the sound will travel faster!

teleport and travel is very different, just like travel to x distance that is many times beyond the eye's sight then Sasuke can only teleport once in awhile, so he doesnt faster than sound if the distance is greater than his eye's sight.

but tbh only the moment he teleport is instant, but i doubt his reaction is faster to teleport than the sound travel to that place....
