Can Sasuke travel faster than sound?

Yes, its been shown he has instant teleportation like abilities. Sound aint that fast to begin with.

Go outside and open the trunk of your car, walk about 60 feet out. Get someone to close the trunk, you will see the trunk close and then about a sec later you will hear it slam shut.

No, his striking speed is slower than Naruto's. Sasuke's foot speed is greater because his teleportation is instant. Foot speed/= striking speed.
