When people Say Hamura = Hagoromo or Hamura is top 10

Please read the Manga. Just look at their descendants or those how had their chakra throughout the series. "He helped Hagoromo beat the Juubi" Again read the manga. Hamura's help against the Juubi would have been no different than the help his descendants gave to stop the Juubi. Even when he got the Tenseigan he would have still been weaker than a Rin'negan user like Hagoromo. What people are confused about the most is that Hamura helping Hagromo seal the Juubi is NOT the same as Hagoromo's descendants sealing Juubi because Indra and Ashura > Hamura and Naruto and Sasuke > Hamura however you do need a second half to complete the seal. Sasuke already made it clear

Indra didnt have Rinnegan nor did Asura have a 9 bijuu chakras.

Cool I seen that part in the last. I'm asking if he has like a huge chakra pool or reserves or access to any specialized jutsu for example those spikes in the Kaguya arc that turned the coolest guy into paper?

Also allows infinite quantity of TSB and creates constructs(hinatas cage).

May have many more abilities but Toneri is fodder much like the Tenseugan is basically filler so it wont ne covered anymore.

Yes. The Tenseigan is the level of power you would need to bring Stability to the Moon (smaller planet) while the Rin'negan is what you would need to bring Stability to the earth (Larger planet).

The tenseigan is a rip off of the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan because Uchiha's do eye transplant to replace blindness. So there's a reason, unlike the Hyuga's case of swapping Byakugans. It's so much of a rip off that as the movie explaining, The swapped byakugan merges with Otsutsuki Chakra to trun into the Tenseigan just as the swapped Sharingan merges with Indra's chakra to become the EMS.

Power wise.

The Tenseigan allows the user to control attractive and repulsive forces - Rin'negan can do that too.

With the complete Tenseigan, the user is able to enter Tenseigan Chakra Mode, which grants the user enhanced physical capabilities as well as a number of Truth-Seeking Balls - Hagoromo can do that too.

comprised of all five nature transformations and Yin–Yang Release - Rin'negan grants that too

By infusing the balls with Tenseigan chakra, it is possible to utilise additional powerful techniques. - Already done.

The Tenseigan is also capable of moving the moon towards the Earth - The Rin'engan move the Moon away from the Earth.


So it pretty much makes you equavilent to around the same power as Juubito. So i'll agree that with the Tenseigan he's top ten but without it he's not.
