If one bubble pops, the mass of water must fill the gap that was sustained by the bubble of air.

This is exactly what happens with the body of a jinchu'

Their body already has a huge amount of chakra and if you extract the Tailed Beast Chakra, the human chakra will try to fill that gap which was left after the extraction.

Because the human chakra is not "Much", "Very" chakra (Doge style) it will end by dissapearing in the hole left by the tbs.

Meaning all the human chakra gets sucked inside the gap that's left.

I always assumed it was because the bijuu and host shared chakra pathways.

When the beast is extracted, the host's chakra ends up being taken along with the beast's.

This would also explain why Uzumakis hang on a bit longer than others, since their reserves are so large to begin with.
