because why would he? no one knows who hamura is on earth. hes RS of the moon. they dont even know that theres a colony on the moon.

he was only brought up mainly to discuss what happened in regards to Kaguya. If he stated Hamura, they'd be like "who tf is Hamura?"
then he'd have to explain that some more.
