Okay First of all the filler didn't contradict anything from the manga thats why we are saying its basically Canon.

Okay whats exactly the problem here? Its is said Millions times in naruto manga that from sharingan to Mangekyou sharingan to Rennigan . Having a sharingan can let awakning the rennigan possible

This statement is easy to explain

Its is clearly shown in the episode that Hagoromo didn't create the bijuus they were there just floating

He said i split the juubi into nine souls this doesn't mean he scattered them across the world when seeing ashura's cooperation...

Here you can see he became a jinchuuriki , look at the souls entering him

Remember in the war when Naruto and Sasuke Released IT? Everyone was alive since it wasn't too late for them they still didn't tranform into zetsus . Thats exactly what happened in the latest episode when they defeated Kaguya IT was released before them turning into zetsus .

Sorry, but Kabuto was wrong. It was a good theory that even we believed at first until we learned of reincarnation. The Sharingan did not evolve into the Rinnegan, it is a different eye. When Madara receieved Hagoromo's chakra/DNA he got his bloodline limit as well. Do you think his Fire Style just evolved into Wood Style or something?

You clearly didn't think this one through at all. In the explanation you gave Hagoromo says she must have changed after eating the fruit. She didn't merge with the Holy Tree for years after eating the fruit. It doesn't help your point at all. There's also nothing in the manga that even suggests Kaguya in her humanoid form fought against Hagoromo and Hamura. By the way, Black Zetsu in the following image clearly states that Hagoromo did not know she was the ten-tails, while in the anime she outright states her intent of stealing their chakra.

Hagoromo was 10th - Juubi jin - at death bed he transformed juubi into 9 spirits/bijuu - After that- He shared that power with Ashura.. and the battle begins..
