There is no legit way to measure the moon Kaguya used.

Wonder why those zetsu were inside the mazou? Did she absorb those trapped along with the Shinjuu... wonder how the anime will handle this...who knows, she might cast IT a second time...resulting in Hagoromo saving the second gen of victims and not learning about zetsu transformation.

Answer - 2: Black Zetsu is Kaguya' will, in other words Black Zetsu is Kaguya and she knew about Indra and Ashura the whole time. This answer seems to be the most logical answer out of the two.

He ended Mugen Tsukyomi using the Juubi's Chakra and his Rinnegan. I'm assuming that some were mutated into White Zetsus, but not all of them.

Likely because Black Zetsu is Kaguya's will, he has some of her chakra and thus, are connected by chakra, so their thoughts are connected in a sense. Think of it as Ninshuu essentially.
