TBB can counter most of the jutsus so they don't care imo. But I guess they can use jutsus that only they can use or their jins can use through them. Like lava release, magnet release etc.

Jutsu mean technique in english, Whatever Beast used can be called as technique, their signature technique.

Exactly, Shukaku used his natural technique, he blows wind with his mouth and shapes sand because it's his element. But they can't use normal shinobi jutsu like genjutsu or Rasengan

Do you not know what "weave" means? Kurama has canine hands, he cannot intertwine his fingers to perform the necessary hand seals for a jutsu.

First of all, that attacked was used with his mouth just like the typical TBB. I wouldn't go as far as to call it a jutsu. Also, I believe that Kurama can do the same by letting out a "roar" from his mouth. In addition, not all, but a large majority of jutsu (Ninjutsu and genjutsu) require hands and opposable thumbs in order to actually weave hand signs

We have seen tailed beast bomb but i feel like that is just a KKG that only these creatures can use similar to the Octopi and its counterpart Hachibi they both use ink but its not an actual justu but just part of its anatomy. Kurama gathered sage chakra to help Naruto at VOTE 2 but we have never seen them use a jutsu to my knowledge.

Clearly, the Bijuu can seeing as how Shukaku can use Futon and Sealing techniques whereas Son Goku and the Gobi can use Yoton and Boil Release respectively.

Yeah, since he's using chakra to manipulate his chakra into Futon, he's automatically using ninjutsu.
