Did Zabuza and Haku stand a chance against any of the Sannin?

Jiraiya and orochimaru have sensing but are they fast enough to counter Zabuza silent kill that needed to be tracked with the Sharingan

Tsunade, I'm a little confused actually. Haku has nothing on her but if Zabuza gets a clean shot at her and decapitates her or something. I believe it's possible so can Tsunade recover from that?

I think If the Brain is disconected she can't stimulate her chakra points to regenerate with nerve impulses. She'd be dead, unless she can clear the mist some way?

It could happen. But Tsunade can punch the ground use the debris as cover and itll be hard for Zabuza and Haku to kill someone who regenerates and heals. Tsunade relies on Katsuyu alot.

The only thing they have going for them is the Silent Killing Jutsu.

However, it is a famous jutsu, and so once Zabuza sets up the mist, each of the Sannin will react.

If they react by going into their giant summons, there's nothing that Zabuza nor Haku can do: Acid or Toad Flame Bombs will get them and Manda just being there protects Oro.

Unfortunately not.

Orochimaru and Jiraiya already possesses counters to Zabuza's Silent Killing through Snakes which possess thermal sensing or through Jiraiya's Sage Mode or Barrier which will pinpoint his location immediately. It's difficult to say whether or not Tsunade would, but I'd imagine she could considering users captured in the mist can still see their target when they're a few meters away at most.

Against Haku, Orochimaru would just laugh off his attacks and poison him whereas Jiraiya has his barrier and Sage Sensing to perceive Haku's attacks and demolish him CQC and Tsunade who's an expert in Taijutsu should defeat him relatively easily as well despite his Part 2 feats.
