I am on mobile so i can't provide scans now but I personally feels that hinata is way better mom than sakura....If sakura deserve to be on list then definitely hinata too

And what makes her a better mother? There's no such thing as a standered mother so to say one is better than another doesn't hold up but I'm interested to hear your response.

She quited being a ninja so that she can provide enough time to boruto and himawari...also naruto as father is always busy so she had to fill naruto's place too
And hinata is also good at household work

I know you are gonna say that boruto become a cheater and blah blah blah...but that is not hinata's fault it's naruto's fault...hinata tries her best to be a good mother...

Now lets talk about boruto and himawari under hinata's care:
BORUTO : Yeah he cheated but for what ?? Not for fame or acknowledgement from whole world he just want naruto acknowledge him otherwise he loves his little sister care about family and he is not a bad guy overall as a mother hinata done okay in boruto's case
HIMAWARI : She is too little so its hard to say something now but thats for sure that it doesn't seems like himawari miss her dad too much...and its a great achievement to take a father's place

1. First of all I admire kushina as a mom but we didn't get to see much from kushina as a mom...I mean she died right after naruto's birth

She's not better than Mikoto, either. Mikoto was actually the best mother out of all the above - she was fair to both her children, nice and caring, and especially gave Sasuke the attention that he wanted, since he was largely neglected by his father. After that she accepted her death if it meant one of her children would at least have a shot at a peaceful life.

None of Narutoverse's moms come even close to Nobuko Izumi, though.
