Lets talk about how strong Naruto is without Kurama in other words without Kyuubi chakra mode, bijuu mode , RSM .

And he will have less chakra too .

He can use Sage mode since kurama doesn't have anything to do with it

So naruto with sage mode he can use rasengan and rasenshuriken only .

Tell me who can he beat from the following:
1-Shikmaru

2- Neji

3-Kiba

4-Hinata

5-Sakura

6-Lee

7-Tenten

8-Choji

9-Shino

10-Sasuke(without rennigan)

11-Ino

12- Kakashi

13-Jiraiya

he can solo everyone in the list except for sasuke, with naruto's perfect mastery of sennin mod, and his dad's teleportation jutsus that he learned as hokage naruto is cheated. don't forget his nindo + his tactics = he can overcome every difficult situation and that's what made him beat sasuke.
we don't even know the other jutsus he learned as hokage other than the shunshin.

in the madara kaguya arc he could release all the elements with the bijus, I don't think that if the bijus get taken from him he forgets how to use all these elements : lava, sand, water, yin+yang, etc. just like gaara didn't forget how to use sand release.

one does not simply mess with naruto, buddy.

so yeah he solos them all besides Sasuke..

RSM is Naruto's direct power given to him by Hagoromo, this is not a power from the Bijuu. He has a base form of RSM, which has no connection to the beasts. Anyway he clobbers everyone on this list besides Sasuke (even normal base Naruto moved so fast he crossed entire countries in seconds).
