If danzo was such a bad guy, why did sasuke adopt his philosophy of peace by any means? It was a lose-lose situation, either
1. have all of the leaf shinobi die and some uchiha with uchiha taking over
2. All uchiha die and some leaf die with leaf staying in control
3. Kill all uchiha before a civil war

Danzo and itachi knew this and chose the best of a bad situation

2 sides to the story here:

1) Akatsuki only wanted to tell them about the Plan and that they hand over the tailed beasts peacefully so there wouldnt be any war.

2) They crashed an ultra high level secured place that warrants death to any uninvited guests.

The dude is a known associate of Orochimaru showing up at a KS, why wouldn't they immediately try to kill him?

WZ gave his position away. He wasn't there to attack. Once attacked, I wouldn't fault him to try and take down anyone. They weren't killing him because he was his associate. It went deeper than that.

Sasuke had no right to play executioner. He didn't exactly have a clean slate himself either coming up. Granted that the root of his issues were the loss of his family I can't say that his actions would have been justified.

I don't think Sasuke showed up to the summit with intention to just talk to the other kage. Nor do I think it should be assumed the other kage knew why he was there. If he is there and he is wanted, it was their duty as nation leaders to bring him down.

Akatsuki were not Onoki's or Danzo's enemy from the conversation. He wore the cloak when he kidnapped Bee. That is how they placed him in Atatsuki.

Yeah agreed with you never liked the kages attitude. would be more happy if sasuke killed raikage, dude has no respect and thinks himself as some mighty one compared to others, even might guy can kill him with six to seventh gate at max yeah it would be awesome but it would only make sasuke unredeemable at the end.

the things you conveniently left out is that

1. Sasuke made himself fair game to everybody in the first place by getting in bed with Akatsuki.

2. Sasuke attacked the brother of the Raikage and is basically responsible for the murder of J on top of that, so he already gave the Raikage reason enough to see him dead.

Sasuke isn't some kind of victim where the Kage had no justifiable reason to see attack him or see him dead before he ever showed up there. The dude was a criminal who got in bed with all the wrong ppl because he wanted to take on the whole world. When you want to beef with the world like that, it shouldn't come to no surprise that it's going to throw everything it has at you.

He didn't adopt Danzou's philosophy of peace by sacrificing others. He adopted Itachi's of peace by sacrificing himself. He was going to draw everybody's hatred towards him and end up being truly alone, hence another reason why Naruto wanted to stop him
