He looks sick!! Can't wait to see him in action and later animated!

It's not ,lol. He did it seperately. Either mimicking Sasuke, or to show that he's not obeying his fathers laws, most likely.

From the people that saw the design, OD said that he looked very bad ass. Evil didn't say anything on the design, and Yonko said that he rated 9/10 in terms of design.
