Eyes can't go blind with Rikudou chakra, and the ability originally came from Hagoromo whose power is currently possessed by Sasuke.

Also, Sasuke has Ashura's chakra because that's what he Sage's chakra consists of so the excuse he needs Naruto's body doesn't apply. Therefore he can definitely use Izanagi without going blind.

Yes they were, read the manga before making claims. He was blind by the time he died, Sasuke restored the light when he unlocked EMS.

EMS is a transmigrant's eyes, no other Uchiha besides transmigrants have unlocked it. Therefore EMS + Hashirama's chakra does grant the Rinnegan. But you're right Indra's transmigrant can use their original MS

I don't know but those 60second rule doesn't apply to Rinnegan user because the ability came from Hagoromo in the first place. Obito said the genjutsu was originally used by the Sage, Sasuke currently has Hagoromo's eyes and chakra so the claim he can't use Izanagi without blindness goes out the window since Hagoromo never lost his eyesight.

That's all wrong. The manga debunked Itachi's stories as false and a bunch of lies, he never went blind and he fought Hashirama without going blind.
Why else would madara only have one eye in tha cave.

Edo tensei also brings you back in the state you are in once you died, if Itachi died blind he would never of had the mangekyo sharingan in the first place. Same with nagato. Nagato died with white hair and the rinnegan in his eyes.

The only eyes madara had with him is his eyes and the one his brother gave him, after he used his EMS for the izanagi and the other pair became the rinnegan that will only leave him with one sharingan. Which is what Madara had when he was in the cave.

I'm not talking about the rinnegan. I'm talking about the izanagi being used by sharingan users.
madara's izanagi was a transcript seal izanagi that required a mangekyo sharingan to use as a time delayed jutsu to activate at a certain amount of time with specific requirements like transcript amatersu.
Danzo's incomplete izanagi was due to the fact that he lacked uchiha kekkai genkai and no control over hashirama's cells.
With that being said, nobody knows what the specific time limit and power range of the yin yang release is, only that it's a jutsu based of the sage of six paths' COAT.
