If you have been watching the series you would know that Kurama's chakra can boost him without going to super saiyan ripoff chakra mode.

The only way for us to see base Naruto is if he lost Kurama and other Bijuus chakra and didn't die or got revived later.

Other than that we can never see Base Naruto again.
