Bijuu's conciousness can be split. Naruto himself can talk to the bijuu while Madara has them sucked up but Bee can't? You're making no sense you're saying that method of genjutsu breaking works while failing to acknowledge Sasukes knows all about that method. Currently there is no manga explanations or actual factual statements on how Naruto escapes, survives or utilizes a capable defense for Infinte Tsukuyomi outside of fan-fiction. I've must have read the chapter and the following ones after that a dozen times and Naruto being able to escape IT just doesn't make any sense. Lets look at what happens.

Conclusion: Yes it hurts the pride of Kage bunshins everywhere and Naruto can't actually do everything boo hoo. The fact of the matter is he really has no way of fending off powerful genjutsus of this magnitude in terms of canon and hypothetical rsm abilities. Even in the Last movie he got owned by Toneris little genjutsu.
You are wrong. There is no evidence to support Naruto being unable counter IT.
1- Sasuke doesn't know Naruto's ability (RSM). He just assumed Naruto couldn't counter IT. Sasuke though he could cancel IT with just the rinnegan.
2 - You claimed that Naruto clones were defeated by the limbo clones, yet Naruto had no knowledge of that. If Naruto's clones were defeated he would have known they were defeated. What happened to them? Simple, they fought the limbo clones until the limbo clones had to return to Madara. Sasuke explained to us that Madara's limbo clone can only stay away from his body for a short amount of time before they have to return to the body -

After the limbo clones returned to Madara, Naruto did the same thing he always does with is clones after they complete their assignment and that is end the jutsu. I have always found that to be dumb and a waste of chakra/clone, but that is the way Kishi has always handled Naruto. Then Madara recreated his limbo clones and they surrounded Susanoo.
If Naruto's clones was defeated by IT then Naruto would have known that. Since Naruto had no knowledge his clones being defeated that means they weren't defeated.
3 - Naruto did stay in susanoo, but that was because Sasuke was already countering IT.
4 - I find it very interesting that people believe Naruto himself can't counter IT even though he possess half the power to cancel the jutsu just like Sasuke.
5 - Naruto was never defeated by a genjutsu "The Last". Naruto just never tried to defeat it. Why, because he was busy using that opportunity to learn about Hinata's feelings.
It was a genjutsu trap designed to place everyone that activated the trap in a dream like state showing them their past. Yet, Naruto was able to leave his dream and enter Hinata's dream.
