In the latest terror attack linked to the Islamic State, at least 29 people were killed when a suicide bomber attacked a football stadium south of Baghdad Friday, Iraqi security officials told The Associated Press.

I will look for more details. This happened in a stadium, people were there to watch game and spend fun time and from what i learnt according to a police officer attack happened when winner team was getting the cup.

ISIS isn't a formal army, they can easily blend in with normal people, borders aren't as secure as you think even the borders of the US aren't secure let alone those of third world countries.

ISIS are supplied and funded by several regional and intercontinental powers, as long as this continues they won't be defeated. Nothing short of a Russian invasion of Syria and Iraq can defeat them, air strikes won't achieve much. I don't think Russia has the resources to sustain such an effort and also this won't please the regional powers, which would lead to further tarnishing of Russia's international image and perhaps even worse.

Russia used air strikes to cut off their supply lines to prevent them from receiving help from "unknown" suppliers.

I agree with ground troops tho. Identify the targets and kill them. Right now, ISIS is anybody.

However if they let no one get out and if they get support they will win.
America supported them and that's why they grew.
If they close all borders many terrorists will be trapped.
Other countries need to fight terrorism as well.

If borders get closed they will just drop their weapons and wait till the borders get open again, that isn't a solution.

The only way to defeat ISIS is to assist the syrian government in crushing them with ground troops from a nation that favors them(Russia). But the Turkish, The Saudi(regional powers) don't want that.

1st of all they must be trapped and then attacked so they can't run that's what i meant LOL.
But if they are trapped they can't attack other countries.
America can use satellite to identify them.
If they want they can identify their bases and members.
It's easy!
