Kushina's power level

Where would you place Kushina in terms of fighting abilities......In my opinion she would be an average jonin level, one of the better Kunoichi's but lower than Tsunade......if she acquired jinchuriki powers she would be rated much higher almost to mid kage level but considering only the canon material she was mid jonin...what do you guys say???

Wrong She is the former host of Kurama thus has Kage level chakra at minimum,pure Uzumaki with chakra chains. Also She was known as the Red Blooded Habanero who had beat up every member of Her generation that made Her Mad. She was Born in Uzu and the Manga says She and Her Mother wereMinato and Jiraiya’s teachers of Sealing arts as Kushina told Naruto.
