Naruto doesn't have RSM

Who said he lost 9 bijuu chakra? And he was still in RSM in VOTE2, that's why he could fly. He still has the 9 Bijuu chakra, just most of the chakra comes from Kurama since Kurama is the strongest Bijuu.

Naruto never lost Six Paths but is just low on bijuu power hence the reason his cloak changed back.

Six Paths Sage mode can be used without the cloak. It debuted in Naruto's base form. The slit in the eyes is Kurama's chakra mixed in as we all know. And the absence of pigmentation indicates a heightened Sage Mode.

In the Boruto movie he is using Six Paths+Kurama+His Chakra(Asura influenced).

They have Ashura and Indra's chakra but not Hagaromo's chakra. Hagaromo shared his chakra with them so they could seal Kaguya and undo the infinite tsukyomi, afterwards they were left with 9 Bijuu chakra and Rinnegan respectively, but no Hagaromo chakra. Remember when they sealed Kaguya and Hagaromo needed to place his hands together as if he was the one performing the jutsu? That's because he was using his own power through them. The was the whole point of him sharing his chakra with them, but they used his chakra up during VOTE2 in their final clash and this is why Naruto doesn't fly or have TSBs anymore.

If the chakra supposedly returned to hago with the seals then Naruto should have lost his form then. But he didnt.

Sasuke himself stated Naruto was low on Bijuu chakra. All he has to do is enter the realm of Bijuu and collect their chakra telepathically but he doesnt need to with Full Power Kurama

The better control you have over sage mode the less toad features manifest Naruto probably just learned to control sage mode even more through experience, Rikudou chakra probably helped him control it when he had it, otherwise how come his eyes aren't lacking pigmentaion against Toneri if with Rikudou chakra he lacked pigmentation even in base form with sage mode unlocked?

Sasuke has hashirama's DNA Naruto only has Ashura chakra while Sasuke has both Indra and Ashura chakra. Naruto has 9 bijuus though and access to far more chakra then Sasuke, as well as the nature transformations of all the Bijuu.
