I doubt it. Just because she is playing for the first time. If it is your first game and you become Kira, you are so engrossed and excited that you barely take peoples' opinion into consideration: Normal human behavior.
Though lynching her isn't a bad idea, if you really feel like it.

Either one or maybe both are team Kira or they are officers or others roles that just start bandwagon.
In the long run, its better to take them out.
They could turn out to be shinigami or L too but if i were those roles, i'd play cautiously.
