It's funny how some people argue this, Minato has selective warping feats. Regardless of chakra connection, Susanoo is still an entity that occupies space, and can be separated from its user. Madara being yanked out of his spells this in loud bold letters, susanoo is not immune to space/time techs.

True, but he bypassed kamui which is insant, bypassing the ribcage stage of susanoo will roughly give the same results to land a seal.

Nope. If he has contact with the user's chakra, he can teleport them. Susano'o is made of the user's chakra, so if he tags the Susano'o or touches it, he can teleport the user of the Susano'o. The fact that Susano'o moves with the user and that maintaining it hurt Sasuke's cells indicate that there is a connection that remains with the Susano'o and the user of Susano'o. It's not just a shell that surrounds them.

He doesn't need to touch the user in order to warp Susano'o.
