Kakashi is not a low Jounin if without sharingan. For some one who achieved rasengan then chidori then become Jounin at similiar age to academy children IS MORE QUALITY for high KAGE LEVEL. He has all potential for high kage level if without Sharingan.

Neji is not slower than spikes. There are million of spikes coming rapidly from TEN TAILS and rotation is not gonna hold forever. Even master in dodging all attacks from Kage level, Sakura still die if Kakashi didnt pull her out. So for Neji to jump into Naruto position while dodging million spikes coming from TEN TAILS is quite a feat.

About Nagato, to know that your teacher/father put all his faith into that future is quite a feeling. Since they are all family.

how was it a dumb statement when he also acquired the chakra that the Shinju took? Chakra i might add, that included more bijuu chakra than he already had before then.

in Kiba's defense, Akamaru brought it to his attention. On top of that, looking at the moon was perfectly fine. The light is what put ppl in the genjutsu, not looking at the Rinnegan pattern that was on the moon.
