You can have part of your body cut off no problem, you just can't send a portion of your body to a different dimension temporarily. It's not the same thing but it's essentially the same concept. Part of your body in the real world, part in the kamui dimensin. Madara was technically in an intangibility-like situation and he seemed fine.

BS is just another way of saying butthurt. Characteristics and abilities of a person being carried over once a soul inhabits a vessel is a concept that's existed since Part 1.

IIRC, but as said above, Juubi doesn't restrain the "warp" out part of Kamui.

Or you can consider that Juubi was forcibly repressed by Obito, and he couldn't use it because of that, whereas Juubi was like "chill, bro" with Madara and allowed him to use it.

The Sharingan is awakened by the special chakra sprouting in the brain. The physical material acts to trigger its manifestation, but the true power lies in the soul, or ends up imprinted onto it. That was made clear in Part 1; when ET was first shown because despite the host vessels not possessing the Mokuton KKG gene, Hashirama was able to use it. As did Toroi, Muu, Itachi, Madara, Pakura, Deidara, Gari despite all their host vessels being bog standard fodder.

So it's not a BS plothole, it's you not reading properly or just looking for problems where there aren't any. As for your neg rep attempt, you +repped me.
