For me, Sakura can defeat Hidan, Sasori, White and Black Zetsu with no major difficulty. She might also defeat Konan and Kakuzu, but that's debatable and depends on the scenario IMO.

She defeats Hidan because she has everything to counter him. She can blow up the ground on large scales very fast, and along with it the blood mark of the Jashin Ritual, interrupting the effect of the jutsu.
Even if Hidan gets her blood piercing his own body won't have any effect on Sakura, since she can instantly heal the wounds. To defeat him, Sakura could rip off his body, cut him with te scalpel of chakra, put him to sleep with her grenades, or melt him with Katsuyu.

Sasori is defeated only for War Arc Sakura or older, Sakura knows his ways, she knows his weapons now, unlike the first time they fought. She has a jutsu that change cells to its uninjured state instantly (databook 2 and 4), so poison, the biggest threat, has no way of killing her anymore. Yes, Sasori hold himself back, but only in the last second when he let the puppets of his mom and dad killed him, but no before that. Chiyo, involuntarily discovered a weakness, and opening, and exploit it. And this weakness is the clear psychological trauma Sasori had with his parents. So, unlike many of you are saying, it's not like he let them kill him, he hesitated, he lost.

IMO White and Black Zetsu are not that powerful without Yamato... but that's just me I guess... So the way she defeats them could be many...

Sakura may defeat Konan without her preparing millions of paper bombs before... and with the help of Katsuyu. The same for Kakuzu, It's the hardest one, but possible...
