How does this matter if Raikage's speed and reflex are faster than sasuke's.Just looking at the eyes does not mean genjutsu will land if A can move and react faster than Sasuke.Amterasu spawns instantly on target but A was able to evade it too

They need to make some hardcore bs to say Minato wins. NVM the fact Itachi can make handseals faster than a sharingan can read so clones wont mean shit in this battle it will only slowMinato down((see sasuke vs Itachi) and they want to ignore the fact Itachi can keep up with KCM Naruto (but says Minatos speed would give him trouble) then theres the fact Itachi doesn't need eye contact to put Minato in a genjutsu. The fact of the matter is they don't want to admit how OP'd Itachi is when it comes to fighting people without Uchiha/ blood sharingan/sage mode. Itachi shits.

Amaterasu isnt instant. The initial blast is fast but not instant, genjutsu however is. The only reason raikage noticed sasuke because he saw him go MS. If he faced itachi, he wouldve already been in it

Minato's probably one of the best strategist fighters there is in Naruto and being a Kage has vast Knowledge on most clans so do you think it's out of his depth not to be able to counter them?

Holy hell your assumptions is over 9000. Even if he can break out of gen he would still get caught in it which is all itachi needs to do. Sage mode is his only hope which compared to other sage users he sucks at. Also there is no counter to tsukuyomi, either have the same blood(sasuke) or you're ****ed

Wouldnt matter, when Ay enhanced his speed it because sasuke went MS. Itachi does not, he uses gen most times in his base sharingan which is what matters. Ay will only properly respond to it if he expects it. (forgive grammar typing on phone)
