Being "grown up" I only care to have met Seth Green at 18 and being taller than him standing like 5'5.

I count both.

So who were they?

Most of them have been what you'd call Z-Listers (i.e. only famous in the UK) and only a few really famous.)

I met Masashi Kishimoto at an event and I got to interview him with like 15 short questions about his manga Naruto.
