On topic, its probably a tie between Itachi and Kakashi. Sasuke showed very few feats besides VotE with 3T Sharingan. Madara just has hype and that one episode in the anime. Obito doesnt have shit with anything but MS lol. Itachi has shown a multitude of powerful genjutsu feats with nothing but his 3T sharingan, and Kakashi was known to have copied hundreds of jutsu with his. We even got to see his 3T Sharingan feats against Zabuza.

doesn't matter how many jutsus kakashi has copied, itachi has shown feats to react and counter kakashi's jutsus the moment kakashi is forming the handsign. what makes kakashi such a impressive shinobi is using clones to figure out his opponent's weak point (like against pain) then trap him. exactly what happened in the kakashi vs itachi rematch. but again, that itachi body double was limited to just 30% of his power and kakashi had help by naruto.

Lets be real from vote 1 up until sasuke faced raikage he had the feats to top everyone else

1.outclassed kyubbi narutos movements
2.defeated 1000 sound ninja (compareable to madaras War feat with 3 tomoe )
3.soloed orochimaru with genjutsu
4.deidara got hit with multiple genjutsu as well as sasuke countering his bombs with his sharingan prowess read the fight
5.sasuke broke tsukuyomi many say its the bloodline thing but it is a feat regardless
6.using only 3 tomoe he countered the raikgae point blank
These feats beat all the other uchiha in my opinion madaras only notable 3 tome feat is war arc soloing most of the alliance using 3 tomoe which was badass but he still ended up pulling mangekyo out itachi has genjutsu feats with it but so does sasuke obito and madara obito honestly hasn't shown many 3 tomoe feats besides wat he did to konan everything else is kaumi and ms

• Was Able To Suppress Kurama
• Was noted by Black Zetsu to be more skilled than Itachi. (Black Zetsu is basically Canon as long as it has no Superlatives)
• Had Precognition on Par with Madara
• Has the Physical Parameters to Back it Up (Obito has piss poor Taijutsu skills)
• Has the Chakra Reserves to Back it Up (Kakashi and Itachi do not)
• Despite having a relatively weak arsenal compared to the City Destroying Deidara, and Village Level Itachi, maintained a level fighting ground.

In a fight where no one is allowed to access their MS or MS Skills, EMS Sasuke with a 3T cap is winning. I'm not even getting started on Adult Sasuke.

Itachi grew up in an era of War as well. You realize that Itachi was in Obito/Minato's era, right? Not that far behind from Obito is what I'm saying.

War didn't officially stop until Minato's death I would assume.

i meant growing up as in he participated in war, NOT watch the war go down. that's two completely different things, you get more powerful as you fight each and everyday to the death like madara's era. the 3rd shinobi war ended over a decade before the debut of part 1.. itachi would be around 7-8yrs old, you do realize that, right? just because itachi saw people die as a child doesn't automatically make him stronger. madara on the other hand shed blood around that age against jounin lvl's. two different things.

^ Nah, he didn't say it was his 3T that gave him that ability, just that he was the only one who could perceive the clones, plus it makes no sense for his 3T to be the only special one from all other Uchihas. It's most likely his MS/EMS that allowed him to see clones.
