JJ Madara , the Last Sasuke and whoever.

Honestly JJ Madara's Awakening is the best and most OP one there is. (Ridiculous combo that still hits even if substitue is used and 4 directional jutsu's with little to no cooldown).

And the Last Sasuke just has the best looking moveset as well as a broken tilt.

he has 4 awakening actions all limbo with guard break, u can literally jump around while spamming them eating up ur opponents health, his combo is literally more than half a bar.
