Granted, Databook says Physically Naruto and Sasuke are even in Strength, Sasuke is listed as Faster. Though In terms of Taijutsu, It says Naruto and Sasuke are even. Speed isn't a problem though, Naruto could use his Initial Kyuubi form to close that gap but Sasuke can suppress Kyuubi chakra in BoShippuden.

Yeah, Naruto is above Sound 4 but Sasuke is Marginally above Kimimaru in databook.
