Kisame still mid-diffs. The only advantage Asuma has over him is striking speed, and not enough to actively shred Kisame, not by a long shot. Kisame is immensely stronger (was overpowering Asuma with the tip of Samehada, a 30% clone overpowered base Gai), faster, has more stamina. The minute Asuma enhances his blades with wind chakra it gets absorbed once they clash with Samehada. The minute a hit connects with Asuma, he'll be knocked back, assuming he blocks - a direct hit would be GG.

At the very worst Asuma tires out and Kisame finishes him off, though it'll be a clear win for Kisame.

Hidan's reactions aren't on the same lvl of that of kisame. Trying to use asuma as a work around failed then as it failed now.

Yes, since 30% Kisamme doesn't mean he was just one third strong and fast. It only means he couldn't use techniques that would require more than 30% or his power. While in the battle with Killer Bee, those weren't CQC clashes, since as soon as KB entered the range of samehada, he started losing chakra and the strenght behind his attakcs.
