I don't think they would be. Because of the ways Edo Tensei works, i think if you tried to take out an Edo's eye, it would crumble so you couldn't implant it. And an eye would grow back in it's socket if removed, so it's not like Edo Itachi could pop out Sasuke's EMS and implant them, because the Edo eye would reform before he could implant it.
