I just dont see the problem with NAruto not being in the movie if we have other characters to fill in a supporting role. It can be some random fodder who just ties in with the plot.

You wouldn't because you're a Sasuke fan. There's no way in hell they would drop funds for a Sasuke driven film to be played in theaters in japan or across seas for that matter. The most would be an extended OVA or something similar to the Chikara arc in Naruto.

I mean they'd seriously have to be scrapping the bottom of the barrel to do that. That's like asking if they'd drop fund for a Vegeta focused film without Goku or the new characters. It simply wouldn't be profitable.

Accept that Sasuke can not carry a movie without a cameo from Naruto, Boruto or the new gen.

Precisely and along the way Sasuke can meet some allies that are like alien ninjas but they are weaker than Sasuke but he leads them on to battle. Cause you know the power of teamwork conquers all.
