See my reply to Ira. Those women are already in danger in prison. It is also to protect the other female prisoners. :| If that man does anything to the female prisoners during his incarceration then it is the court's fault.

The point is that none of those other things are problems can be linked to the court's decision. If a man gets sent to a female prison and impregnates women that fault can be charged to the court. :|See my reply to Ira. Those women are already in danger in prison.
Yes they can actually. All the gang members, all the rapists, all the murderers, all the battery and assault committers, everyone in there who poses a threat to another person were placed in prison by the courts. This argument makes no sense because prison ain't some kind of paradise that's made into hell because one more person who's committed assault is placed in there by the courts. The point is that none of those other things are problems can be linked to the court's decision. That man going to a male prison is only suffering the consequences of his own decisions.
How can the court be held responsible for sending criminals where criminals go :| If the inmates endure whatever kind of cruelty in the prison for the most part the responsibility is in the hands of the facility. The court only did what the law dictated.Yes they can actually. The first paragraph contradicts the other. The courts make the decision to send a criminal where criminals go. Whatever happens to the criminals inside of the prison is not the court's responsibility. That very first sentence dismantles the rest of the post: How is the court wrong for sending a criminal where criminals go?How can the court be held responsible for sending criminals where criminals go :| If the inmates endure whatever kind of cruelty in the prison for the most part the responsibility is in the hands of the facility. The court only did what the law dictated.
If the court decided to make their own decision however and sent a man to a female prison then they would be the ones responsible because they made the exception. Under law male prisoners go to male prisons, as long as the court sticks to the law then they can't be held responsible.
They don't really contradict. :| No matter if the person is a rapist or a murder sending them to the proper allocated facility is their job, as long as they do that right then the rest is out of their hands. The only thing is that when the court bends the rules they would have to take responsibility for the outcome. As long as the court sticks to the letter of the law then fault can only be found with the law.The first paragraph contradicts the other. If they sent this transsexual woman to a female's prison and she hurts someone, it'd be no different than if they sent a cis woman to a female's prison and she hurt someone. The fact that they requested to be in a female prison makes no difference to that because every criminal that hurt another criminal in prison was sent to prison by the courts. Prison wouldn't be any more dangerous because of her presence, it's already very dangerous to whoever is inside.
And if they sent this person to a female prison, they'd be doing just that. They don't really contradict. :| No matter if the person is a rapist or a murder sending them to the proper allocated facility is their job, as long as they do that right then the rest is out of their hands.
By this logic, gay men shouldn't go to male prisons. The law says male criminals go to male prisons. Transgenders shouldn't go to prison for the same reason that straight males shouldn't be sent to female prisons.
Refusing to be sexually assaulted is 'acting like a man' ???I actually received a personal email this morning from his/her/its dad telling me to support their petition to release him/her/it.
My personal thought was "they acted like a man though they identify as female so they should be treated like one".
I quite literally hate all of your opinions. It's almost staggering hahaGood.
No they wouldn't be doing that since by law they r a male. If they honestly cared about protecting this guy then they should just follow Shelke's second suggestion and just put him somewhere inside a male prison where he would be in less danger, but trying to protect this guy by bending the rules and encroaching on the little safety that female prisoners are entitled to isn't the right way.And if they sent this person to a female prison, they'd be doing just that.
By this logic, gay men shouldn't go to male prisons.
And sorry, why is it your business? Why does your slight discomfort get to decide other people's life choices again? How important are you any how?Good point. People often forget this. You may want to be in a gender specific place because you feel comfortable, but what about others' comfort?
Somebody is upset^The joy that all of you are taking at a person's life turning into hell for reasons that will never ever affect you are borderline psychopathic.
The level of transphobia is sadistic and you should all take a look at yourselves before posting edgy big boy comments on your little anime forum.
Nope. Not that connected emotionally to any of this, just from an observer looking in- you're all being somewhat awful.Somebody is upset^You must be registered for see images
Maybe this is their true selves. Maybe they are all just truly horrid human beings who enjoy thinking about the suffering of othersNope. Not that connected emotionally to any of this, just from an observer looking in- you're all being somewhat awful.
It's not an insult and so I didn't quote or say it to any poster in particular, just a serious lil bit of introspection before you guys post stuff this outwardly evil online. That's all i'm asking.
Maybe. You guys do you, just don't try take the moral high ground afterwards.Maybe this is their true selves. Maybe they are all just truly horrid human beings who enjoy thinking about the suffering of others![]()
I haven't said a single morbid thing in this entire thread so I am 100% entitled to take my moral high groundMaybe. You guys do you, just don't try take the moral high ground afterwards.
