Obviously Senjutsu does not make moves turn black. It's just people trying to say that Sasuke's Rikudou-enhanced Chidori was also Senjutsu. The usual confusion over Sage Chakra vs (Six Paths) Sage Chakra.

Of course, Sasuke's Curse Mark Chidori was also black, and that IS Senjutsu... I think Kishi just makes Chidori turn black to show that it's powered-up, because he thinks it looks cool.

Maybe because he used nature energy differently. Sasuke's Senjutsu came from the Curse Mark, & apparently the Sage's chakra. Whereas Naruto himself gathers Nature energy, & combines it with his own chakra to create Senjutsu.

I think that's the only logical answer.

The only time a jutsu in the Manga turn Black was if the person had Orochimaru curse seal on them.Sasuke chidori would turn Black when in curse mode 2. And in the Manga only the following people used Senjutsu Hagoromo,First Hokage,Jiraiya,Naruto and Mandala after He stole First Hokage Sage chakra and the jutsu were not black.

It tells you Sasuke's chidori will turn black if it got enhanced by large amount of Senjutsu chakra(CM) or strong chakra(Six Path chakra)

Only applies to Sasuke only as far it goes

Madara's lighting was purple
The technique turns black when the user wants to use strictly senjutsu chakra...Sasuke used black chidori on their first attempt to seal madara and didn't use it anymore. Madara's lightning techniques were special yin release attacks. They second one cut through naruto's TSB. And like you said they were purple not bluish white. So he could use black if he wanted to. He had the most powerful chakras inside him. They could channel them in anyway he wants.

Are you saying that that attack had no senjutsu in it?

I think his chidori only started turning black after he got ms. now im not 100% but maybe its black because he adds ameratsu?
